Can you customize equipment?
Our needs are very specific, how can you possibly meet my requirements? Customized equipment is all we do, and we do it well. If we can’t help, we’ll tell you that too.

Do you have someone local I can talk to? We do. We work with a network of the finest manufacturer reps in the process industry. Give us a call and we’ll put you in touch.

How does the process work?

• Call us or talk to a rep about you project.
• After completing the Application Data Worksheet a Sales Champion will be your point of contact from start to finish.
• Once they have a crystal clear picture of your needs, we’ll provide a budget or detailed quote depending on the stage of your project.
• When you’re ready to engage, our team of engineers will create 2D or 3D drawings for your approval.
• After the fabrication process begins, you will be given regular status updates leading up to the completion date of your equipment.
• Lastly, we’ll assist you with all of your shipping needs. Expect follow-up calls shortly after the delivery to answer any questions you may have.

How do I know I’m choosing the right piece of equipment?
We have more than 80 years of knowledge to back up our counsel, yet we’re also smart enough to know that sometimes you just need to roll up your sleeves and get dirty. It’s why we have a state of the art test lab at our facility, to make sure we’re producing the best solutions for your needs.

Is my process safe with you?
We’re happy to extend a confidentiality agreement to protect your project.

Where is your equipment made?
That’s simple… United States of America, in the Hawkeye State of Iowa. More specifically, Marion – where you’re always welcome to visit any time you please.

How long will it take to fabricate?
That depends. Our Ox Horizontal Batch Mixer can be delivered in as little as 6 weeks. But for a solution built to your specifications, keep in mind that these are customized, handcrafted, works of art.

Do you ever enter into OEM relationships?
The short answer is yes, but this is probably a much longer conversation. Give us a call and let’s talk.

Do you provide onsite start-up assistance?
Yes. For start-up assistance, our team can address your needs during the quoting process.

I need a part, who should I call?
That’d be us – the Marion Performance Group within Marion Process Solutions. In fact, for most parts, we offer same-day shipping.

I’m considering buying a used Marion. Is this a good idea?
Maybe. While we design and manufacture our equipment for decades of use, there are many factors to consider when purchasing used equipment. We would be happy to walk you through the decision process.
